What is Meaning Postulates?

Most of student in ELS very confuse about meaning postulate .Meaning postulate is "Unwritten fundamental statements

for example : John Cried Because He Fell

so there are relation between statements

A = B

C = A

C = B

So if : John Fell and John Creed so that's only two statements here

C A C B

and the missing in the statements is A=B according to statement John Cried Because He Fell

The Sentence is all who fell would cry ! ( A=FELL B= CRY) this is meaning postulates but the fundamental statements is false
